Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing.Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. We collect your personal information, for example, when you

  • Open a Kradle2 account
  • Apply for insurance
  • Give us your contact information
  • Give us your income information
  • Provide employment information

 

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only

  • sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information  about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be  financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Kradle2 does not have affiliates

 

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be  financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Nonaffiliates we share with can include service providers and/or companies that help carry out financial transactions or provide a product or service.

 

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that  together market financial products or services to you.

  • Our joint marketing partners include other financial services companies, [insurance companies, or investment companies].

 

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

California Customers:We will not share your personal information with affiliates or joint marketing partners without providing an opportunity to opt-out and will not share your personal information with non-affiliates without your authorization.

North Dakota and Vermont Customers: We will not share personal information with non-affiliates without your authorization.
